Welcome to Kunelpi. By accessing our website kunelpi.com or using any of our products (Tutor, Helpi, Health Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kunelpi (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company based in Weston, Florida. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Services

Kunelpi provides AI-powered digital tools including:

  • Tutor – An AI learning companion designed to help children with school subjects, accessible to families and educational institutions
  • Helpi – A smart personal assistant to help organize tasks, communications, and daily activities
  • Health Platform – (Coming Soon) A platform for managing health appointments and medical records

Our services are currently in development and early access phases. Features and availability may change.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at info@kunelpi.com of any unauthorized use of your account

Our Tutor product is intended for use by children under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized educational institution.

  • Children under 13 may only use Tutor with verified parental consent
  • Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of our services
  • Educational institutions must ensure they have obtained all necessary consents before deploying Tutor to students
  • Kunelpi reserves the right to terminate accounts where parental consent cannot be verified

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content through our platforms
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without express written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content on kunelpi.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Kunelpi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

  • AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • Kunelpi’s AI tools are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or educational)
  • Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on AI-generated content
  • For Tutor, parents and educators should review content shared with children

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kunelpi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue a service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
